These terms apply when you make a reservation at Il Padrino through Mealio's booking system. By completing a reservation, you agree to these terms.
When you make a reservation, you enter into a contract with Il Padrino. Mealio acts as an intermediary, providing the booking platform and payment processing.
Deposit amount: £10.00 per person
The deposit secures your booking and is fully refundable. It will be refunded after your visit or if you cancel within the cancellation window.
Deposits are processed securely through Stripe. Il Padrino does not hold your deposit directly.
A non-refundable processing fee is added to cover card network charges and Stripe transaction costs. This fee is incurred at the time of payment and is not refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation or no-show.
Cancellation deadline: 8 hours before your reservation start time.
You may cancel your reservation up to 8 hours before your scheduled start time. After this deadline, cancellation is not available.
If you cancel before the deadline, your deposit will be fully refunded. The processing fee is non-refundable in all cases.
To cancel, use the tracking link provided in your confirmation email, or visit the tracking page and enter the email address used for the booking.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a right to cancel a service contract within 14 days. However, by making a reservation with a specific date and time, you request the service to begin within the cancellation period and acknowledge that your right to cancel under these Regulations may be limited once the service has been fully performed.
Refundable deposits are returned automatically when you arrive for your reservation or when you cancel within the allowed window. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear.
The processing fee is never refunded.
If you do not arrive for your reservation and have not cancelled in advance, Il Padrino may retain your deposit. The processing fee is non-refundable in all cases.
Mealio's liability is limited to the provision of the booking platform. Mealio is not liable for the restaurant's failure to honour a reservation, the quality of food or service, or any incidents occurring at the restaurant premises.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by English law.
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. Payment data is processed by Stripe and is subject to Stripe's terms and privacy policy.
